EasyPatt is operated by Pavol Vernarec, a sole trader (OSVČ) established in the Czech Republic, acting as the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech data- protection authority, the Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (uoou.gov.cz), or with the supervisory authority of your EU/EEA country of residence.
Account and project data is stored in Supabase data centres in the European Union (Frankfurt or London region). Sign-in emails are sent via Resend. The web app is served from Vercel. If you sign in with Google, Google sees that you authenticated to EasyPatt.
We use your data exclusively to run the service: store your patterns, sync them across your devices, and authenticate you on return visits. We do not sell or rent your data. We do not run advertising on the service. We do not share data with third parties beyond the infrastructure providers listed above, who process it on our behalf.
We set a session cookie/local-storage entry to keep you signed in. We use anonymous usage analytics through Vercel Analytics to understand which features are used. No tracking pixels, no advertising trackers.

If you have any other request related to your data — correction, restriction, objection, or a question about anything on this page — email support@easypatt.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Your account data is kept until you delete the account or until your account has been inactive for a long period and we contact you. There are no automated retention deletions today; if that changes we will update this policy.
If we materially change how data is collected or processed, we will update the date at the top and, for signed-in users, attempt to notify you by email.
